- Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items) cannot be returned once opened.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of promotions are non-returnable unless defective.

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 5 of Days of receiving the item.
- Provide photos of the damage/defect along with your order details.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.
- Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
